Use a piece of lemon to attach the berry-xylitol to a glass. Pour the Lingonberry Xylitol or Wild Blueberry Xylitol onto a plate that is at least the width of a cocktail glass. Use the slice of lime to moisten the edged of your cocktail glass. Try to make the moist area as thin as possible so that the berry-xylitol coating around the edges won’t be too wide. Dip the moistened edges of the cocktail glass into the berry-xylitol and turn the glass a few times. Turn the cocktail glass the right way up and shake the glass slightly by holding the foot of the glass so that any extra xylitol will sprinkle off.
Put the glass into the freezer for at least an hour before using it. This way, your drink will stay nice and cold, the xylitol coating will freeze onto the edges and your drink will have a beautiful presentation and look!
