Shipping policy

We offer shipping to Finland and to selected European countries (see list below).

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved we’ll ship your order. Orders to Finland are shipped within approximately 2 - 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. 

Products are shipped from Helsinki Wildfoods (METTÄ's)´ warehouse located in Vantaa, Finland. Once your delivery is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email.

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that all costs related to local customs are not covered by Helsinki Wildfoods Oy (METTÄ).

Domestic (Finland)

POSTI Postipaketti 5,90€ (delivered to Post Office closest you) or

POSTI Kotipaketti 14,90€ (delivered to your home)

Shipping to Finland takes 1-3 business days.

Europe; EU and selected countries

GLS - General Logistics Systems

We currently ship to: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland

Shipping to European countries takes 5 -15 business days.

Other countries

We do not offer direct online shipping to other countries yet, but please order via our partner ARCTIC PURE for global shipping.

Return

If your order is not exactly what you expected, please contact us first at [email protected] and according to our instructions send it back to us unopened within 30 days of receipt and we'll happily provide a refund or exchange. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours, but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.

Prices and taxes

When you order inside the European Union the prices include Finnish VAT, Value Added Tax. It is 14 %.

Helsinki Wildfoods (METTÄ) is not liable for any products which are held in the local customs of the customers' country, and will not return the money for the customer if goods are lost or returned to the sender by the customs.

Payment methods

We are using Stripe and Paypal for our online payment processing, which is connected to our Shopify e-commerce account. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
