These are super easy to make if you are able to use fresh nettle. Forage fresh nettle. Goutweed and young fireweed work too. Use only the leaves of the plant. Spread olive oil on the leaves, use cooking brush to spread the oil evenly. Use cloves to avoid the stinging. Then sprinkle our Porcini Salt on top and fry on the oven for approx 7min in 200C. They are ready when the leaves are crispy enough but not brown. The heat will remove the stinging effect.
