JP：Forest Defenceハーブティは、力強くスパイシーなハーブがミックスされています。⾵邪ぎみの時、疲労が溜まっている時や免疫力が 低下しているときに飲むと効果があります。フィンランドの森から 採取したトウヒの芽、香り高いブラックカラントリーフ、ジンジャーパウダーは効果的で美味しいコンビネーションを作り出します。

Forest Defenceハーブティはお茶として飲むのはもちろん、スムージーに混ぜたり、お料理のスパイスとして⿂料理に加えたり、デザー トにもお使いいただけます。

お茶の淹れ方：本品小さじ1/2に200ccの沸騰直前のお湯を注ぎ、 5〜10分蒸らします。
茶葉が細かいため、濁りのないクリアなお茶 をお楽しみいただきたい場合は、ペーパーフィルターをご使⽤ください。

EN: Forest Defence Herbal Tea is a mixture of powerful herbs and spices that will fight your flu, push aside any fatigue and give your immune system a welcome boost. Spruce sprouts from the Finnish forests, aroma-rich blackcurrant leaf and ginger make an effective and irresistibly delicious combination. Forest Defence can be used as an herbal tea, it can be mixed into smoothies or used in cooking for example to spice fish or in desserts for example.

Ingredients: Spruce sprouts (70%), blackcurrant leaf, ginger powder. Naturally caffeine free.

As a tea: add 0,5 tsp of Forest Defence to 2dl of almost boiling water. Brew for 5-10 min. The mixture is fine-grained, use a paper filter tea bag if you prefer to drink a clear tea.

Forest Defence -yrttiteen tehoyrtit karkottavat tehokkaasti niin flunssan kuin väsymyksen ja antavat buustia vastustuskyvylle. Suomalaisten metsien sitruksinen kuusenkerkkä, aromikas mustaherukanlehti ja itämainen superkasvi inkivääri ovat vaikutuksiltaan erittäin tehokas ja upean makuinen yhdistelmä. Voit käyttää tuotetta yrttiteenä, lisätä smuutin joukkoon ja käyttää ruuanlaitossa esimerkiksi mausteena kastikkeille tai kalalle. Kokeile myös jälkiruokiin ja välipaloihin.

Ainekset: Kuusenkerkkä (70%), mustaherukanlehti, inkiväärijauhe. Luontaisesti kofeiiniton. Yrttiteenä: lisää 0,5 tl jauhetta 2 dl lähes kiehuvaa vettä kohden, anna hautua 5-10 min. Jauhe on hienojakoista, käytä tee-haudutuspussia mikäli et halua sakkaa juoman joukkoon.
