Nettle leaf crush is delicious, nutrient rich, versatile addition to cooking that can be used much like spinach. Nettle growing in the Nordics is particularly rich in nutrients as it grows from the cleanest soil in the world gathering its strength from the midnight sun. Our nettle leaf soaked, is perfect in pies, pestos, stews and soups and as as such it can be used in smoothies, as a seasoning or herbal tea.
Nettle contains vitamins, minerals, flavonoids and chlorophyll. The taste of nettle is rich with flavour and it brings exciting tones to cooking and seasoning, similar to many other Finnish native herbs and vegetables.
Ingredients: Nettle leaf. We use high quality, field grown Finnish nettle leaves, grown without the use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Dried on low temperature. May contain small parts of plant’s stem.
